RECOVERY BEYOND SKINCARE
Recovery begins with understanding what changed.
RECOVERY BEYOND SKINCARE
Recovery begins with understanding what changed.
For many people, the skin is where the story becomes visible.
It may not be where the story began.
So before asking what to use,
we begin by asking:
What changed?

Qi Again looks at the full picture — how structure, function, daily habits, environment, and stress can interact over time. Not every situation has a single cause, and not every path to recovery follows the same direction. The Recovery Framework is a way of understanding where meaningful change might begin — for you, specifically.
These are not steps. They are not a hierarchy. And they do not assume the same starting point for everyone.
Sue Roh is the Founder of Qi Again and the developer of the Qi Again Recovery Framework. Her work began with a simple question: what if what we see on the surface is only part of the picture?
Her studies and observations led her to look beyond isolated symptoms and consider the broader context in which change occurs — including structure, function, daily patterns, and environment.
That question became the foundation of Qi Again: look more broadly, understand what changed, and find where recovery might begin.

The Qi Again Recovery Lab is the internal research space behind the framework. It is where ideas are developed, protocols are observed and documented, and approaches are refined over time. Based in Ilsan, Korea.
The Qi Again Knowledge Journal is a research-oriented resource covering recovery principles, ingredient science, structural and functional patterns, and the broader context of how the body responds over time. A place to explore the thinking behind recovery — more deeply, and in context.
